What is Heat Pump Dryer?
A device that transfers heat from a colder area (ambient chamber) to a hotter area (drying chamber) by using merchanical energy, as in a refrigerator.

Working principle with our drying machine:
1. Our dryer evaporator of refrigerant absorb the hot air from outside;
2. Then compressor works made the hot air temperature rise;
3. Then heat exchanger change the hot air into drying chamber;
4. Final vegetables/fruits /seafood/herbs will dried by the hot air circulating in drying chamber.

1.The early temperature shall not be too high since the high temperature has a negative impact on drying quality. |
2. Fish contain a lot of water, but also fat and grease, so it is very hard to remove water from them. Therefore, control over the speed of dehydration is of importance. |
3. Color of cured fish is another important factor. |
4. Be ventilated well in the drying process to prevent water vapor from staying on the surface of casings. |
