A: Our MOQ usually is one full 40'HQ container.
Q3. What services can you provide for us?
A: We can provide 1 year warranty, and offer easily damaged parts about 1% of order quantity.
Main component like PCB, MOTOR offer 0.5%.
Q4. What is the payment terms?
A: We accept pay by T/T, L/C, and credit card.
T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% against copy of B/L.
L/C: An irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q5. What is the delivery time?
A: If small order, we will deliver it within 7 days after we received the payment.
If mass production, delivery time usually is 30-45 days.
Q6. Do you have inspection procedure before shipment?
A: Yes, we do 100% QC inspection before shipment.
Q7. Can I get a sample to test the quality before I place an order?
A: Yes. The sample cost and shipping cost are required.
