Q 1. When can I receive the reply?
A. We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price and information,
please call us or tell us your email address so that we will reply your inquiry in priority.
Q 2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A. After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check the quality. We can provide free sample if we have
stocks, but freight should be paid by buyers.
Q 3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A. Sample will be ready for delivery in 3-10 days.
Q 4. How is the MOQ?
A. Usually MOQ will be 1,000pcs for customized orders. But for the first trial order, we could have further discussion,
please kindly contact us for your needs.
Q 5. What's the lead time?
A. Usually, the lead time for MOQ orders will be 30-35days, for larger quantities and peak season, we will discuss
about the lead time.
Q 6. What's the term of the delivery?
A. EXW, FOB, CIF etc.

Q 8. How is the guarantee? And how do you proceed the after sales service?
A. 1 year guarantee; We will check, analyze quality problem after you inform us and provide a complete report for
you to check. We will provide suggestions about how to repair and if it's necessary, we could discuss about how
to provide spare parts. In general, we ship 0.3%-0.5% complete units or spare parts together with your order.
